Because all our products are digital (usually in PDF format), return requests made after we have sent you an email with the attached ebook aren’t possible except in the following scenarios.
However, We at weichenbooks.com understand that one may want a refund for many reasons, and have established the following refund policy to give you a reasonable and comfortable customer service experience while respecting the author's copyrights:
We have 1 one-week (7-day) refund policy in case a product doesn’t meet the description in material terms, is the wrong edition, or is not legible. weichenbooks.com will refund you the full amount.
If you have mistakenly purchased a product, and inform us almost immediately, we try and refund you 100% of the amount. However, the misplaced order is done on a case-by-case basis. We need to consider all things, such as: how soon you informed us, did we sent the email with the attached product or not, etc.
For duplicate purchases, double charges, etc., you can ask for a refund anytime. We will honor your request even if it’s 6 months late.
If your refund is granted, the small fee charged by a third-party payment processing organization such as PayPal or Bank will be deducted accordingly.
When asking for a refund, please contact and describe the problem with your order number and email you used for the purchase. We try to respond within a maximum of 24 hours (however, it's often much sooner).
