The Necessity of Love in Our Life

Love is a blessing. Love is a power that attracts our souls like gravity on the Earth. We cannot go without love, just like we cannot go without air and water. It is the spiritual necessity that our survival demands. How hollow could we feel if there is no room for love in our empty hearts? What is the point to listen to the sound of raindrops by sitting near the window in the evening without waiting, missing, or thinking of someone?

What is the point to buy gifts during busy holiday season on noisy boulevards without someone to love and care about?

What is the point to repeat our routine life in moving back and forth from the place of work to place of home without serving a loved one?

What is the point of life as a whole if there is no expectation of love or to be loved at all?

I cannot imagine it. Don't you believe love is the driving engine of all that matters in our life? Everything suddenly loses its significance and turns into black and white lacking its original luster when our life is absent of love or when our feelings for love are deprived.

Love is the Energy Permeates Everywhere

Many will rebut immediately because, in reality, too many people could not find love but still lead a successful life. But wait, just bear with me for a second, I am not talking about any particular person or object for love, I am talking about love itself, which is always a mysterious thing and exists in the form of energy. It is here, there, in the past, in the moment, and in the future...

Love in Different Forms

Although we spend most of our lifetimes looking for love, keeping love, losing love, lamenting on love, hoping for love, struggling for love, working hard for love, taking care of love, picking up priorities for love, and no matter how unsatisfying the result it may render, we keep our faith in love because it is the water in walking on the desert; it is the only beam of light in the long dark tunnel of life. We met different creatures and environments with a halo of love. Love manifests itself in different shapes at different stages of our life. We get to know the truth that love is a blessing step by step.

Love Has its Own Life

Love has its own life and it grows up with us. In childhood, love is just a handful of bonbons from kind neighbors or a warm hug from returning parents; in youth, love is the timid and shy bosom of the little sweetheart in the same classroom; when we grow into a more mature people, love is the sense of responsibility for the loved one, for parents, for our society, country and the whole world as a human being.

We are Love Itself

Why do we love? Because we care. Why do we care? Because we are love itself. Love is a blessing because it is embedded in our soul and stamped in our heart, the temperature of flowing blood in our body is filled with the energy of love. If not, all kinds of diseases and uncomfortableness will appear and come up in our bodies. This is why our spiritual health matters our physical health crucially.

When we are doing good from the perspective of love, we are finely tuned into love and synchronize with love energy invigorating our bodies and hearts in a very blissful manner, feeling like happiness. They are called love blessings! It is the willpower of the divine universe. When we align ourselves with the fundamental force of the universe, we are in deep peace within ourselves because this is the truthful color of what we are made for.

Love is Unique for You

But love, like food and drink, tastes differently to different tongues because everyone has a different standard of his/her favorite; Love is also like trying our feet on shoes, nobody knows how it fits except ourselves. No matter how different tastes we have for love, there is a common feature to all types of love that makes us happy. It is the feeling of harmony. In romantic relationship, love is the blissful integration of Ying and Yang. We will start with romantic love first.

Love Confuses Us

The universe is large enough to make it extremely difficult to locate the one who we really love and care about, but it is quite easy for us to fall for someone whose movement catches our eyes and our body is sizzled with the electric energy it generates, for we tend to confuse love with passion and confuse fearful lessons with breathtaking romance. In most situations, we take enemies as lovers. The rule monitoring behind this is a deep-rooted philosophy that we are attracted to what we are short of.

Despite that we rarely truly fall in love, even we do sometimes, there are still so many hurdles and obstacles to triumph due to our inherited human weaknesses before we find true love.
