When will I be able to download the ebooks I purchased on Weichenbooks?

Preorders: Your Pre-ordered eBook(s) will be delivered to your email box before or by the end of each release date specified on the Preorder Invoice or Payment Message sent to you via Email. If you do not receive it, please contact us at info@librahalo.com

Regular Book Orders: Your regular orders for eBook(s) will usually be delivered to your email box within 72 hours after payment is cleared. If you do not receive it by then, please contact us at info@librahalo.com

Do I need special software or hardware to read ebooks on Weichenbooks?

All you need is your PC, laptop, or handheld device and the free Reader software. We offer eBooks in PDF or Epub attached in our email to you.


Can I print and copy my ebooks?

eBooks are copyrighted. If you need to print or copy ebooks, it is only allowed for your personal use.

How do I get help if I have a problem?

You will find vast amounts of advice and troubleshooting information by contacting customer service online. We will always try to respond to your request within 24 hours.


What currency are the Weichenbooks.com prices in?

The ebooks are priced in US dollars, but it is payable in local currency depending on your location under the policy of PayPal.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management. For more information see our refund policy.

What tax do I pay?

If your government requires us to do so, we will add applicable sales tax to your purchase price upon your request. The tax might be called Sales Tax, GST or VAT, depending on your country. Tax is normally included in the price of the ebook, or it will be calculated at checkout. (Or it will be left off in cases where ebooks are exempt from tax)
