Self Acceptance-If you can learn to love yourself

The important role of self acceptance in your love relationship

"If you can learn to love yourself and all the flaws, you can love other people so much better. And that makes you so happy.”- Kristin Chenoweth

Self Acceptance: Why do we suffer when we fall out of love, fail the examination, being dismissed from the work or argue with our best friends or dearest parents? Why do we stump on the memory that though beautiful but no longer serves us in any way and linger around the questions of how things could have been if I did this or did that? Why do we regret?

Why do many of us tend to blame self for others' fault or mistake or something that is far beyond our control? The simple answer is shocking, that you might never imagine: the cruelest person in our life is self. When we do not remain peaceful with self in heart, we could hardly swallow the imperfectness of self. All consequences resulting from self's imperfectness become stigma that one could not accept and accommodate. As a result, such a lack of self tolerance would keep us from continuing the growth of self.

We are one, according to the universal rule, and everything is connected in some way, so does the connections between people. When we do not accept self as a whole for both the good and the bad, we send off the signal of negative energy that repels the positive side of human nature. In turn, self acceptance is the key to understand the root of relationship problems and unlock the obstacles in your love.
